Benoit Hudon

Benoit Hudon is the Vice President of Underwriting at GroupHEALTH. Benoit has over 15 years of experience in the actuarial field. Benoit began their career as an Actuarial Analyst with SSQ Groupe financier in 2006. Benoit then interned with SSQ Groupe financier in 2007 and became a full-time Actuarial Analyst in 2009. In 2016, they transitioned to Account Executive, Group Sales (TPA Sector) with SSQ Assurance | SSQ Insurance. In 2018, they were promoted to Director, Underwriting & Growth Strategies with GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions. In 2021, they were promoted to their current role as Vice President, Underwriting at GroupHEALTH.

Benoit Hudon has a degree in actuarial science from Université Laval, and has also studied pure sciences at Champlain St-Lawrence College and La Tuque High School.

Their manager is Gary Walters, Chief Actuary.
