Fanny Létourneau-Hudon

Fanny Létourneau-Hudon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fanny is currently the Director of Service Operations at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions, where they have been employed since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Manager of Client Support for the same company from February 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining GroupHEALTH, Fanny worked at Sun Life Financial for several years. Fanny held the position of Manager, AdminPlus Operations/Gestionnaire, Opérations AdminPlus from October 2018 to February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an AdminPlus Consultant from September 2017 to October 2018, where they resolved client issues and negotiated business processes. Fanny also served as a Disability Management Trainer (previously Disability Case Manager) at Sun Life Financial from January 2015 to September 2017.

In addition to their roles in the insurance industry, Fanny has had experiences in other sectors as well. Fanny was the Chief Returning Officer at McGill Association of Continuing Education Students (MACES) from October 2017 to March 2018. Fanny also worked as an Associate (previously Articling Student) at Cooper, Sandler, Shime and Bergman LLP from August 2013 to August 2014. Prior to that, Fanny held various positions including Claims Analyst Assistant at ENCON Group Inc. from May 2012 to April 2013, Research Assistant at the University of Ottawa from October 2011 to April 2013, Coop Student at the Public Prosecution Service of Canada from May 2011 to August 2011, and Junior Competition Law Officer at Gouvernement fédéral - Bureau de la concurrence from September 2010 to May 2011.

Fanny Létourneau-Hudon pursued their education in a chronological order. Fanny completed a Graduate Certificate in Leadership at McGill University School of Continuing Studies from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree in Droit from the University of Ottawa, between the years 2011 and 2012. Fanny also holds an L.LL. (bachelor's degree in Droit) from the University of Ottawa, earned from 2008 to 2011. Before entering university, they completed their DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) in Sciences humaines profil Relations internationales at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Fanny Létourneau-Hudon obtained the Life License (LLQP) certification from the Insurance Council of BC in August 2021.
