Swarali Borgharkar

Swarali Borgharkar has a strong background in human resources, having gained diverse experience through various roles including Manager - Talent and Executive - Talent at GroupM, as well as internships focused on employee relations and human resources at Mahindra Group, The Enabling Function, and Virbac. Swarali completed a Master of Labour Studies in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from LNML MILS between 2019 and 2021, and holds a degree from Mumbai University, where studies were undertaken from 2015 to 2018.
