Vino de Silva

Vino de Silva currently serves as the Vice President of Growth & Client Leadership at GroupM, a position held since August 2023. Prior roles include Chief Growth Officer at Wavemaker Sri Lanka from November 2021 to August 2023, and Director of Client Leadership at Wavemaker from January 2018 to November 2021. Vino has extensive experience in client leadership, having worked as both Director Client Leadership & Emerging Media at MEC and General Manager & Business Director at Phibious Indonesia. Previous leadership roles include General Manager at Geometry Global and Client Service Director at Bates CHI&Partners. Vino co-founded Addiction and served as CEO/Managing Director from December 1993 to May 2003. Early career began as a secretary at Suntec. Vino holds education credentials from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and attended Presbyterian Girls School from 1978 to 1987.
