Gaelle Joseph

Gaelle Joseph possesses a strong background in customer service and hospitality, with extensive experience as a Reservations Agent at Occidental Vacation Club, where responsibilities included providing vacation packages and customer assistance to club members. Additional experience includes a role as a French-Spanish Translator at OFFICE PERSONAL since July 2011 and as a customer service representative at a nearshore call center from August 2011 to April 2016. Gaelle attended Universidad APEC, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from 2014 to 2018, and is currently pursuing an additional Bachelor's degree in the same field.
