Adam Lindsey

Adam Lindsey has extensive experience in customer operations and service management, primarily with Groupon since June 2011, where Adam currently serves as Vice President of Groupon Operations. In previous roles at Groupon, Adam held positions including Senior Director of Global Service Operations, overseeing a team of over 1,500 professionals, and Director of Business Operations, focused on optimizing the merchant and customer experience. Adam began their career in customer service with ADT Fire & Security as a Sales and Retention Advisor. Adam earned a 2:1 degree in Film and Media Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
