Sean has a proven track record of successfully leading large teams through organizational transformations, reducing expenses, and improving performance. Sean has also directed the acquisition integration for 7 acquired companies. Sean is a highly effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Sean is able to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems.

Sean Dugan has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Sean also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agricultural Business and Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
