Alithea Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Alithea worked as a Senior Customer Support Supervisor at Allegis Group from 2005 to 2006. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Canadian Direct Insurance, first as a Human Resources Associate and then as a Human Resources Officer. During this time, they were responsible for various HR tasks and played a lead role in maintaining health and safety protocols. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre in roles such as Human Resources Coordinator and Health and Safety Officer. Alithea was involved in coordinating health and safety training, managing accident investigations, and overseeing return to work programs. Since 2018, they have been employed at Grouse Mountain as a Safety Manager and currently serves as the Human Resources Director of the Northland Mountain Division.
Alithea Taylor earned a BA degree in Sociology from Dalhousie University between 1995 and 1999.
