Before entering the aviation industry, Jana worked as a Tour Guide & Travel Advisor, ensuring their clients had the best travel experiences. Jana also gained experience as a Full-time Seasonal Ski Instructor at Keystone Ski Resort and as a Representative at Detour Tour Operator.
Jana Kolankiewiczova obtained a Bachelor's Degree in The Faculty of Informatics and Management from the University of Hradec Králové, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Before that, they completed their Leaving exam in Hospitality at the Technology High School of Prague from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their education, Jana Kolankiewiczova has also obtained various certifications including the Canadian Airport Security Awareness Program, Entry Level certification from the Canadian Ski Coaching Federation, Amadeus Certified Reservations Agent certification from Amadeus, and Level 3 + level 1 Course Conductor certification from the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance.
