Ratna Pratama

Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer at Grouu

Ratna Pratama has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, Ratna worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Chalet Desserts, Inc. From there, Ratna moved on to Santini Foods, Inc. in 2017, where they served as a Quality Specialist. Later that year, Ratna joined Johnson & Johnson as a Management Trainee. In 2018, Ratna transitioned to YOU, a company where they held the position of Product Development Manager until 2020. Ratna's most recent role is with Grouu Baby Food, where they are the Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer.

Ratna Pratama obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, Ratna studied Biology/Biological Sciences at Foothill College. The education history also includes two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General. Ratna obtained a Master's degree from both Grenoble IAE and the University of Indonesia, attending from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, Ratna obtained certifications in FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food from the International Food Protection Training Institute in September 2016, and in ServSafe Food Handler California from ServSafe in September 2014.
