With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting, as well as certificates in Information Technology, Francisco has a strong academic foundation. His career has spanned across multiple banks such as Grove Bank & Trust, Banesco Banco Universal, and Coconut Grove Bank, where he served in leadership roles overseeing compliance, risk management, and audit functions. Prior to his career in banking, Francisco also served in the United States Army Reserve.
