Cailee Moberg

Cailee Moberg is a seasoned professional in product management and design, currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Product at Grove Collaborative since March 2024. Moberg has a proven track record at Grove, having progressed through various roles from Product Manager to Director of Digital Product after starting in April 2019. Prior to Grove, Moberg was the Director of Product Management at Darby Smart, where the Shero Science skincare brand was launched. Experience also includes leading product efforts at Instamotor and roles at Lending Club, Bain & Company, and various internships in asset management, equity investments, and market strategy. Cailee Moberg holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Environmental Analysis from Pomona College.
