Gabriel Silva is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in leading engineering teams across various domains, including B2C Acquisition, SEO, MarTech, and performance analytics. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Grover since October 2021, Gabriel oversees team growth and incident management while engaging in hands-on engineering tasks such as CI/CD pipelines and service architecture. Previously, Gabriel held similar managerial roles at Zizoo, focusing on user journey applications, and at Chantelle Lingerie GmbH, where coordination of Front-end and DevOps teams was key.
