Phillipe Moreira is a highly experienced engineering leader who has worked in various companies such as Grover, QuintoAndar, SealTech, Microsoft, and Inove. At Grover, Phillipe held titles such as Vice President of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager, overseeing and guiding numerous teams to improve efficiency and profitability. Previously, at QuintoAndar, Phillipe played a key role in the company's growth and cultural development. Additionally, Phillipe co-founded SealTech, contributing to the success of a major hackathon in Latin America. With a Bachelor's Degree in Sistemas de Informação from Fatec Carapicuiba, Phillipe has a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering impactful projects and leading successful teams.
