Stefano Aluzzi

Stefano Aluzzi serves as a Senior Workplace Manager at Grover since July 2023, overseeing operations, health and safety compliance, IT operations, and budget management while enhancing workplace experience through events, onboarding, and team-building activities. Prior to Grover, Stefano held the position of Workplace Experience Manager at Mews from January 2022 to July 2023, where global workplace programs were developed for 21 countries, including lease negotiations and partnerships for office refurbishments. From June 2017 to January 2022, Stefano managed workplace operations at Native Instruments, covering facilities for multiple global locations and spearheading events for a large employee base. Earlier roles included Event and Facility Manager at Mekka Events Logistic OHG, Event Manager at FISH CLUB, and Event Manager at Titan Sound & Light Srl, where significant event management experience was gained. Stefano began a career in office management at CNA Associazione di Bologna and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
