Perris Biles

Perris Biles has extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. They started as a Team Lead at AT&T in 2011, handling inbound calls and assisting the Retention Manager. They later became a Retention Manager, mitigating customer risks and serving as the main escalation point for complex issues.

In 2015, Perris joined AB&R® as an Account Executive, conducting live product demos and working with large corporations and mid-size businesses to track and manage critical assets. They were later promoted to Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on asset tracking solutions.

From 2018 to 2020, Perris worked at Google as an Account Executive, responsible for setting channel sales strategy and executing plans with strategic partners. They aimed to grow revenue and acquire new clients in the Southern California market.

In 2020, Perris joined Moov Technologies Inc. as an Account Executive, working with clients to transform their business through customer-centric online marketplace strategies. Their clients typically had billions of dollars of equipment seeking to offload to semiconductor refurbish, manufacturers, and resellers.

In 2021, they joined better earth as a Senior Advisor, and in 2023 they started working as a Senior Vice President at Groves Capital, Inc.

Perris Biles attended Phoenix College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree with a concentration in Business Fundamentals. They also earned a certification in Sales: Closing Strategies from LinkedIn in 2021.
