Ian Atkinson

Ian Atkinson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 1998, they worked for Amersham Biosciences as an Applications employee until 2000. Ian then joined Illumina in 2003 as an Applications Project Manager until 2006. In 2010, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Innovative Trauma Care Inc. From 2017, they held various positions, including Chief Scientific Officer at Grow Group PLC, CSO at Grow Biotech PLC, and Chief Operating Officer at Lunaverse Inc. Their role at Lunaverse Inc. ended in January 2022.

Ian Atkinson received their Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta, where they studied from 1984 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Nutritional Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley from 1995 to 1998.
