Geoffrey Zabell

Geoffrey Zabell is an experienced Product Manager currently working at GROW Inc since February 2024 and co-founding Kwala® in January 2021, where Geoffrey also serves as Director and Head of Product & Technology. Geoffrey's career spans various roles, including Senior Digital Product Manager at Wunderman Thompson, where oversight was provided for a significant Customer Experience investigation for Walmart Inc., and Product Manager at EVRYTHNG, where innovative marketing tools were developed. Earlier positions included Digital Project Manager at Comcast Silicon Valley Innovation Center and Ivory Digital, focusing on user requirements and project delivery. Geoffrey holds an MBA from IE Business School, complemented by certifications in Six Sigma and User Experience Design, along with dual bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Science from The University of Queensland.
