Tong Galaxy

Tong Galaxy is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in leading product initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a fractional Product Manager at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since July 2025, Tong has previously held the role of VP of Product (fractional) at Titan and Head of Product at ElectronX, which focuses on building financial infrastructure for the U.S. Notable achievements include contributing to the growth of Ramp from a startup environment to a scaled enterprise, managing product development, and launching significant products such as bill pay and a developer API. Tong holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Duke University, alongside involvement in the Trinity College Board of Visitors, addressing key educational and technological issues.
