Brett Schklar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and AI leadership across various organizations. As the CEO of GROW Powered since May 2020, Brett leads a collective of marketing experts focused on supporting emerging growth companies. In addition, Brett serves as an AI-First Leadership Keynote Speaker and Consultant, guiding organizations through the implications of AI in business. Current roles include iCMO at Clear Cannabis Inc. and Criterion HCM, where efforts concentrate on enhancing go-to-market strategies in the HR Tech sector. With a rich background as a Vistage Speaker and a cofounder of Icademy, Brett promotes innovation and branding strategies. Previous experience includes interim CMO positions at Todyl and Apostrophe, alongside a successful tenure as Chief Marketing Officer at Market Creation Group.
