Ben Waugh (they/them) has a diverse work experience. They began their career in 2009 as a Concessions Manager at Sherman Theatre. In 2012, they held a Temporary Summer Worker position at City of Goodland. In 2013, they took on a Marketing/ Stage Management Intern role at Salina Community Theatre. From 2015 to 2017, Ben worked as a Front Of House Manager at both Victoria's Chocolates and Piece, Love and Chocolate. During this time, they also held the roles of Operations Manager, Director of WOW/ FOH Manager, and FOH Receptionist at Do the Bang Thing Salon\u2122. In 2021, Ben took on two new roles: Provider Success Associate at Grow Therapy and Customer Support and Community Management at FattE- Bikes.
Ben Waugh obtained their High School Diploma from Goodland High School in 2010. They then attended Kansas Wesleyan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater in 2013. After that, they attended Naropa University and earned a Master of Fine Arts in Contemporary Performance in 2015.
