Daphne Oakes

Daphne Oakes is a Software Engineer currently part of the Partnerships team at Grow Therapy since August 2023, focusing on technical integrations with external partners. Previously, Daphne held the position of Software Engineer II at Lyft from August 2021 to April 2023, contributing to the Design systems team by building a widely-used UI component library and enhancing product accessibility, which secured a significant government contract. Daphne has also led projects in shared rides at Lyft and served as a Product Manager Intern at Copysmith, facilitating communication between teams and leading product innovations. Additional experience includes various software development internships at companies such as Yelp, Shopify, Hootsuite, and RBC. Daphne holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia.
