Karishma Sharma Desai

Karishma Sharma Desai has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Her first role was as a Carrier Sales Summer Intern at C.H. Robinson in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Associate at CEB, now Gartner, and as a Technical Recruiter at Brooksource. In 2018, they became a Technical Recruiter (Executive Search Consultant) at The Locke Group. Karishma then returned to Plative in 2019, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter until 2021. In 2021, they joined Dandy as a Senior Technical Recruiter and is currently working as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Grow Therapy.

Karishma Sharma Desai attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Marketing and Professional Sales with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In August 2016, they received a certification in Zumba Fitness from Zumba.
