Rolf Buchner

Rolf Buchner has a long and varied work experience. Rolf began their career in 1995 as a Hardware Repair Technician for NCR Corporation. In 1999, they joined Microsoft as a Software Test Engineer, eventually becoming a Principal Software Engineering Lead. In 2016, they became a Senior Software Development Manager at Redfin and then a Director of Engineering in 2023 at Grow Therapy. Throughout their career, Rolf has been responsible for leading teams, developing test cases and automation, managing bugs, and improving test methodology and processes.

Rolf Buchner received a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Mathematics from Georgia State University between 1994 and 1999. Rolf also obtained a Real Estate Broker (Inactive) certification from the Washington State Department of Licensing in November 2012.
