Min Pease is an experienced professional who has worked in various capacities within the impact investing and philanthropy sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Network Leadership at Growald Climate Fund, overseeing network grants portfolio with the Executive Director. Previously held roles such as Interim Director at The Global Impact Investing Network, Senior Community Manager at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Director of Impact Funding at Echoing Green. Possesses a BA in Economics from Whitman College and an MSc in Development Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
