Xiaoming Jian

Xiaoming Jian is currently the Director of Product Management at Growatt New Energy since March 2023. Prior to this role, Xiaoming Jian accumulated extensive experience at Eaton, starting in July 2005 as a Senior Product Line Manager, overseeing the APAC lithium battery and UPS portfolio management, and providing critical power backup and energy storage solutions. Other positions held at Eaton include Product Line Manager, Technical Solution Manager, Firmware Manager, and Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer, with responsibilities ranging from product life cycle management to firmware development and customer support. Xiaoming Jian holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Zhejiang University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
