Gustavo Andres Arango Foco has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in sales, business development, and project management. Gustavo Andres is currently serving as the Head of Business Development for the Iberic Region at Growens, where they lead the commercial team for Latin America and Spain. Gustavo Andres'sresponsibilities include developing business plans, supervising and coordinating commercial efforts, identifying and developing new strategic business opportunities, generating partnerships, and establishing growth projects with clients and partners. Prior to this, Gustavo worked as the Head of Business Development for LATAM at Growens, where they were responsible for developing and executing the strategic sales plan for each country in Latin America.

Before joining Growens, Gustavo worked as the Head of Sales at Algeiba, where they were responsible for developing the business and the commercial team to achieve sales targets. Gustavo Andres also monitored compliance with commercial agreements and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Sales at Enterwork SRL, where they developed the entire sales strategy of the company, focusing on enterprise customers and big infrastructure projects.

Gustavo also has experience as a Senior Sales Account Manager at Newcom LCS S.A., where they were responsible for designing and commercial engineering of customer solutions for the company's product line. Gustavo Andres managed commercial relationships with customers and was involved as a decision-maker on business actions.

Additionally, Gustavo held various roles at Technology Bureau, System-Net, Arcos Dorados, Polifiltros S.A, Telefónica, and Telecom Argentina. These roles included senior business development engineer, product manager, project manager, CTO, senior engineer, operation and maintenance technician, and services technician.

Throughout their career, Gustavo has demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, commercial team management, customer relationship management, project management, and technical solution design.

Gustavo Andres Arango Foco pursued their Master of Digital Business Management degree at TECH Technological University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, they attended Jobs in Argentina, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones (Telecommunications Engineering). Additionally, in November 2021, Gustavo obtained a certification from WOBI in the WORLD BUSINESS FORUM BOGOTÁ.
