Sara Parroco

Sara Parroco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sara currently works at Growens, starting in 2020, where they have held multiple positions including People & Organization Growth Manager and People & Organization Growth Associate Manager. Prior to Growens, they worked at Poste Italiane from 2016 to 2020, where they held the role of Responsabile commerciale di zona and Financial Services Consultant. Before that, they worked at Sisal S.p.A. in 2015 as a Junior HR Business Partner, handling various HR activities within the Retail Gaming business unit. Sara also worked at Accenture Italia from 2014 to 2015 as a Strategy Analyst in Management Consulting, working on projects for Pirelli and Bracco. Sara started their career at Salmoiraghi e Vigano' in 2011 as a Shop Assistant while studying at university.

Sara Parroco has a diverse education history. Sara obtained a Master's degree in Mercati e strategie di impresa (Markets and Business Strategies) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2012 to 2014. Sara then pursued further education in Finance for non-finance managers: budget e valutazione delle prestazioni aziendali, obtaining a Formazione Manageriale degree from SDA Bocconi in 2020.

Before their Master's degree, Sara completed their Bachelor's degree in Economia Europea (European Economy) from Università degli Studi di Milano, which they attended from 2009 to 2012. Sara also pursued a Master Universitario di 2° livello in Psicologia della salute organizzativa from Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano, although the exact timeframe is unknown.

Sara's education journey started at Liceo Classico Pietro Verri, where they specialized in classics and graduated from high school in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Sara has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. These include certifications in Graphic Facilitation for Productive Team Meetings and Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance from LinkedIn in January 2022. Sara also completed certifications in Coaching and Developing Employees, Finding and Retaining High Potentials, and Giving and Receiving Feedback from LinkedIn in June 2021.
