Dennis Sheldon has extensive experience in global supply chain management and logistics. Dennis started their career in 1990 as the Director of Distribution and Vendor Development at Ames Department Stores. Dennis then moved on to become the Director of Distribution at Stride Rite Corp, where they managed global distribution operations.
In 1996, Sheldon joined Ann Taylor as a VP of Distribution Service and provided strategic and tactical direction for logistics and service operations. Dennis later served as the SVP of Supply Chain at Guess Inc., where they led global supply chain activities and established production and logistic programs.
Sheldon then founded S2C2 Supply Chain Solutions in 2004, where they provided consulting services to optimize global supply networks. Dennis later became the President of S2C2 LLC in 2017 and continued to streamline and optimize global supply networks through value chain initiatives.
In 2005, Sheldon joined Build-A-Bear Workshop as the Managing Director, where they led global logistics operations and oversaw the construction of a 350,000 sq. ft. distribution center.
Afterwards, Sheldon joined Crocs in various roles, including SVP of Global Distribution & Logistics, SVP of Global Enterprise Systems, and SVP of Global Supply Chain. In these positions, they drove rapid global expansion, implemented SAP AFS, and led worldwide operations with 17 regional distribution centers.
Most recently, Sheldon served as the Chief Operating Officer at PopSockets, where they were responsible for all strategic operating initiatives and led the organization's global operations group.
Throughout their career, Sheldon has demonstrated leadership in driving transformational initiatives, optimizing operations, and achieving financial objectives. Dennis has a strong track record of improving efficiency, standardizing processes, and delivering quality products with on-time delivery.
Dennis Sheldon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Anna Maria College between the years 1981 and 1985.
