Victor Hernandez

Victor Hernandez is an experienced leader in the cannabis industry, currently serving as General Manager at GrowHealthy. Previously, Victor held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Fire Creek Farms from November 2015 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, sales, production planning, compliance, and product innovation for a tier 2 cannabis farm. Earlier in career, Victor was the owner/operator of one of Montana's first cannabis dispensaries, Three Rivers Farmacy, from September 2009 to August 2011, focusing on business growth, cultivation, production, retail, and marketing. Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Montana.
