Sofia Cardoso

Sofia Cardoso has a solid work experience, starting in 2013 as a Human Resources Trainee at A3S. Sofia then worked at DourAzul from 2015 to 2017, first as an HR Generalist and then as an HR Recruiter at Talents4Cruising. Since 2017, Sofia has been working at Growin, where they initially served as a Tech Recruiter and Talent Manager before becoming a Business Manager. From 2022 to 2023, they held the role of Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, and since January 2024, they have been working as a Talent Acquisition Director at Growin.

Sofia Cardoso earned a Master's degree in Sociology from the Universidade do Porto from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same institution from 2009 to 2012. Sofia also has multiple certifications in leadership, team management, communication, IT, and human resources, obtained from various institutions between 2014 and 2022.
