Sylvia Grec

Sylvia Grec is an experienced professional in agile methodologies and project management, currently serving as an Agile Master Senior at Growin since May 2025, working with the client MC Digital Sonae. Previously, Sylvia held the role of Agile Coach for Agile Transformation and Strategic Alignment at wBrain Agile People from July 2022 to March 2025, where transformation initiatives for three tribes at WORTEN were successfully guided, enhancing organizational agility. Sylvia's earlier experience includes leadership as a Team Leader at Rede Globo from May 2011 to July 2022, where agile practices were implemented in the research department, and as a Research Manager at Ipsos from May 2003 to April 2011, focusing on data management and research, people management, and client relationships. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Market Research in Communications from USP and a bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Universidade Católica do Salvador.
