Jordan Kuhns

Jordan Kuhns has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Starting in 2011, Kuhns worked as a Seed Customer Service Assistant and later became a Seed Lab Technician at GROWMARK, Inc. In 2012, Kuhns transitioned to the role of an Area Sales Associate, where they managed sales, product distribution, and inventory. In 2014, Kuhns was promoted to Manager of Seed Customer Service, responsible for implementing customer service strategies and supervising sales associates. In 2015, Kuhns became a Process Analyst, assisting with the implementation of SAP ERP and managing Order-to-Cash stream activities. In 2018, Kuhns led the End-to-End team of analysts and managed the scope and requirements gathering. In 2021, Kuhns became Agronomy Portfolio Manager at GROWMARK, responsible for managing IT services. In 2022, Kuhns joined Bayer as a Portfolio Manager for Digital Farming Solutions. Currently, Kuhns works at GROWMARK, Inc. as the Director of Wholesale Technology Portfolio.

Jordan Kuhns earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Illinois State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Illinois Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2022, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
