Phil Peterson

Phil Peterson has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Phil started their career with Skyway Airlines in 2004 as a First Officer and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined GROWMARK, Inc. and held various roles, including Senior Corporate Pilot and Senior Manager - Corporate Travel. Currently, they serve as the Director of Travel Operations and Chief Pilot at GROWMARK, Inc. Phil Peterson is responsible for ensuring safe and exceptional passenger experiences while also leading the development of department Flight Operations Manual based on IS-BAO standards. Phil has also played a vital role in successful Stage I, II, and III audits as the Safety Officer.

Phil Peterson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Information Technology from Marquette University, where they attended from 1995 to 1998. Phil also has certifications in CFI, CFII, and MEI from the Federal Aviation Administration.
