Rod Wells

Rod Wells has over 35 years of work experience in the agriculture and supply chain industry. Rod currently holds the position of SVP, Corporate Strategy & Logistics at GROWMARK, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the VP, Corporate Strategy & Logistics and VP, Supply Chain & Logistics at the same company. Rod has also held various roles including Chief Supply Chain Officer, Executive Director of Enterprise Supply Chain, Crop Nutrients Division Manager, Agronomy Sales and Operations Manager, and Sales Manager at GROWMARK, Inc. Before joining GROWMARK, Inc., Rod worked as the Agronomy Marketing Manager at Lincoln Land FS, Inc. and as a Certified Crop Specialist at Lakeland FS, Inc.

Rod Wells obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the years 1983 to 1987. Rod also completed the GROWMARK Senior Leader Development Program at Purdue University from 2016 to 2017.
