Adam August

Adam August is the current Chief Financial Officer (US) at Grown Rogue. Prior to this, they were on sabbatical with their family from January 2018 to November 2018. Before that, they were the Vice President of Finance at Harry & David from August 2002 to January 2018, where they oversaw FP&A, Treasury and Payroll functions with a team of 4 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports. Adam was also responsible for banking, cash management, forecasting and budgeting, along with financial, operational and strategic planning and analysis. From June 1999 to June 2000, they were a Management Trainee at the Polygon Group of Companies, where they analyzed business plans and made recommendations for angel investment opportunities.

Adam August's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Whitman College.

Adam August reports to Obie Strickler, CEO. They are on a team with Mike Johnston - CFO (GRIN), Seann Igoe - Director of Cultivation, and Rob Rigg - Chief Market Officer.
