Prior to joining Growsari, Maimai worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Country Head of Marketing/CMO for J&J Philippines and Regional Director SouthEast Asia Baby Care from August 2016 to August 2020. In this role, they led the marketing strategy, innovation sufficiency, IMC, new business models, and digital transformation for J&J Baby in the Asia Pacific markets. Additionally, they served as the Head of the Marketing Organization for J&J Philippines across multiple consumer franchises and was responsible for Media, Digital, and Professional Marketing.

Before their time at Johnson & Johnson, Maimai held various roles at Procter & Gamble. From April 2013 to August 2016, they served as the Senior Director of the Global Always Brand Franchise in the Asia Hub. During this period, they achieved exceptional growth for the Hair Care and Skin Care categories, with Hair Care becoming the fastest-growing segment in the Asia region. As the Country Marketing Manager for Beauty Care from July 2010 to March 2013, they significantly doubled the Skin Care business and delivered unprecedented growth for Hair Care. Maimai also contributed to the growth of the Fabric Enhancers Category and Personal Cleansing business during their tenure as the Country Marketing Manager for Personal Cleansing & Fabric Softeners from May 2007 to June 2010. Additionally, they successfully managed the Haircare Brand as the Regional Brand Manager from June 2003 to May 2007, doubling the business and exceeding targets across multiple regions.
