Shiv Choudhury

Shiv Choudhury has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shiv co-founded Growsari in 2016 and currently serves as the Co-Founder and Director of the company. Prior to that, Shiv worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2012 to 2017, where they held positions such as Partner and Managing Director, as well as Management Consultant. At BCG, they led the consumer and retail teams in the ASEAN region, achieving significant growth. Shiv also led the digital marketing and E-commerce efforts for APAC.

In 2021, Shiv joined Fewcents as a Strategic Advisor. Previously, from 2000 to 2016, they served as the Director of Sappers group of companies, where they led business development and strategy. Under their leadership, the company became the #1 distribution system in the state, servicing top companies like Amul India, Parle India, and Kraft/Cadbury.

Shiv also has experience working at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where they held various positions from 2004 to 2011. Shiv served as a Regional Director, leading the mid-tier P&G hair care business across Asia Pacific. Shiv also managed and expanded the super-premium segments of P&G's beauty care business in Asia Pacific, integrating the JP/KR business with the rest of Asia and delivering significant sales growth. Additionally, they worked as a Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager, focusing on new business development and strategy in developing markets.

Before joining P&G, Shiv co-founded Campus Express in 2002. Overall, Shiv has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth, lead teams, and implement strategic initiatives in various organizations.
