Angelina Chalela

Angelina Chalela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for LATAM Finance and Social Responsibility at Growth Acceleration Partners since February 2016, Angelina has successfully led initiatives such as the establishment of GAP Colombia, the development of recruitment processes, and oversight of financial forecasting and budgeting. Previous roles include HR Talent Acquisition Americas at OSF Global Services, Talent Acquisition Manager at AIG Shared Services Corporation, Recruiting and Selection Manager at Sitel, and Senior Recruiter at Convergys.
