Heidi Farley is currently an Investment Manager at Growth Capital Partners, where Heidi is involved in investing in growing UK SMEs. Before that, Heidi worked as an Associate Director at MARCOL, focusing on the healthcare portfolio. Prior to MARCOL, Heidi was a Finance Business Partner at BBC and a Transaction Support Executive at Ernst & Young. Heidi has a background in corporate finance and holds a degree from the University of Birmingham.
