Connor Dawson

Connor Dawson joined Growth Catalyst Partners in January 2018 after having started in private equity six years ago at Wind Point Partners, where he worked with Jim TenBroek and progressed to Senior Associate. Mr. Dawson was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing private equity investments during his time at Wind Point. Mr. Dawson assisted in the execution of three platform and nine add-on acquisitions while managing five investments. Mr. Dawson began his career in the investment banking division of UBS where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity raises and strategic advisory for large and mid-cap global consumer and retail clients.

Immediately prior to joining Growth Catalyst Partners, Mr. Dawson co-founded Rhabit, an online sports coaching and media platform featuring over 75 of the most successful tour players and coaches in tennis. Rhabit offers on-demand video lessons and interactive one-to-one lessons with video analysis through a proprietary application. Mr. Dawson was responsible for many functions including content procurement and production, website development oversight, marketing, and human resources and financial operations.

Mr. Dawson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
