Lincoln Barrett

Lincoln Barrett is a seasoned educator and leadership coach, currently serving as the Founder of Scintillate since January 2022. Lincoln holds multiple coaching positions, including Senior Associate Coach and Faculty Member at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and Associate Coach at Growth Coaching International Pty Ltd. Prior experience includes Principal Consultant at the Department of Education, Western Australia, where program design and evaluation for school leaders were key responsibilities, as well as various teaching roles across multiple institutions. Academically, Lincoln is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Management and Leadership at Curtin University, building on a rich educational background that includes a Master's in Leadership and multiple certifications in organizational coaching.
