Roma McKinnon

Roma McKinnon is a Leadership Coach with Self Employed since November 2022. Prior to this role, Roma has had a long career in the education sector, working at the Department of Education & Training in Victoria since May 2009. Roma has served in various roles such as Unlocking Potential Principal mentor, INSPIRE facilitator, and Growth Coaching at the Monash Teaching Academy. Roma has a Master of School Leadership in Educational Research from Monash University, a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University, and a Diploma of Education from Monash University. Roma is also a Growth Coaching International Accredited Coach at Growth Coaching International Pty Ltd.
