Jim Bartek is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing automation, business strategy, and operational efficiency. As the CEO and Business Architect of Growth Heroes since January 2013, Jim has facilitated the intelligent growth of startups and midsize companies through strategic document creation and process optimization. Additionally, Jim owns BTek Ventures, LLC, which encompasses a Salesforce consultancy and an app for automating SaaS contracts. With a background as Director of Marketing at Six Feet Up, and involvement in various initiatives including the Hoosier Healthcare Innovation Challenge and Startup Weekend, Jim has consistently contributed to entrepreneurship and innovation in technology and healthcare sectors. Jim holds a B.S. in Computer Graphics Technology from Purdue University.
