Simon R. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Digital Marketing Executive at brand asset consulting in 2006. From there, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at Newemerge from 2007 to 2013. Simon then became a Founding Member at Baybets Ltd. in 2012 and a Founding Partner at Growth Box Ventures Limited in 2018. Most recently, they co-founded Growth Leads in 2020.

Simon R. attended the National University of Singapore from 2007 to 2008, where they studied marketing. Simon then enrolled at the Hamburg University of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Industrial Engineering and Management).
