Avneet Kaur has been working in the marketing and brand industry since 2009. Avneet began their career as a Content Writer at SriSoftSystems and then moved to Sedna Infocom as a Senior Content Writer. In 2011, they joined Web Design Office as a Digital Marketing Manager, where they lead and managed the Social, Affiliate-Marketing, Display Advertising, SEO, Paid Search, Comparison Shopping and Analytic teams. Avneet also optimized website landing pages, implemented a plan for redirects for broken links and old content, and increased traffic by 45%. In 2013, they joined Cogneesol as the Global Head of Marketing and Brand. In this role, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the Brand strategy, developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products, overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy, working closely with the company’s Sales team, guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team, and ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Growth Natives as the Director of Marketing Operations.

Avneet Kaur completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Panjab University from 2011 to 2013, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering - BE from Punjab Technical University from 2007 to 2011, with a field of study in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
