Hermann Sporrer is the founder and owner of HSP Business & Media Consult GmbH since July 2018, specializing in media, marketing, and sales consulting, including social selling and growth management. As a co-founder and part of the management team at SHEconomy since January 2019, Hermann established a multi-channel platform dedicated to women in business, technology, and innovation. Additionally, Hermann co-founded WEconomy in March 2022, promoting diversity and inclusion in the Austrian workforce. Hermann's expertise extends to supporting startups as a Sales & Media Ninja at Growth Ninjas GmbH and advising MOVEEFFECT GmbH, a leading motivation platform, focusing on employee wellness. Previous roles include head of sponsoring and marketing at Verein LIFE+ and head of sales and marketing at Forbes DACH, with substantial experience at BAWAG P.S.K. Hermann holds a degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna and has pursued further education in marketing and international management.
