Currently serving as Director of Finance at Growth Operators since September 2023, Kjerstin previously held the role of Senior Consultant at Brillect, focusing on process improvement projects for Cutera. Notably, Kjerstin spent over 14 years at UnitedHealth Group, ascending to Director of Optum Technology Finance, where oversight included a $1.5B+ annual tech spend. Other roles within UnitedHealth Group encompassed positions in finance leadership, project management, and financial analysis across various segments. Kjerstin's early career included marketing and banking roles, complemented by academic credentials including a B.A.Sc. in Finance and Economics from Bethel University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
