Rick Nordvold is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial executive with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and executive management. As the Founder and CEO of Growth Operators, established in 2010, Rick leads a firm based in Minneapolis that specializes in transformation services for middle-market companies. Additionally, Rick founded LORTEA, a holding company offering governance and executive management services. With a background in corporate finance, Rick co-founded GO Intellectual Capital and AVL Growth Partners, where Rick provided consulting and advisory services to high-growth companies. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Griffin International Companies and Golf Galaxy, where Rick managed operations and significantly contributed to the company's IPO. Rick's career began at Best Buy, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and capital markets activities, followed by managerial positions at Arthur Andersen in audit and business advisory services. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
