Karissa Justice

Karissa Justice has held various roles in different companies such as Growth Ops Advisory, Work Can Be Better, Tech Jobs for Good, Azavea, and various universities. At Growth Ops Advisory, Karissa serves as the Head of People Operations and Director of People Operations where she provides coaching, hiring, and advisory services to support critical growth moments for clients. Previously at Azavea, she served as the Vice President of Finance & Administration and played a key role in setting strategic business goals, leading new service offerings, and managing recruitment and engagement processes. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Karissa brings a wealth of experience in people operations, finance, administration, and technology management.
